Take Action

If you are stuck, there is no time to sit around to think about what put you in this state. It is time to take action in any way possible. This means getting up, showering, brushing your teeth, smiling at yourself in the mirror and saying out loud “I AM DOING …. NOW”!
First step is to make a plan, think of what needs to be done (try to move forward with the first healthy thought). Make an action plan, break it down into steps, make it manageable and go for it.
Have fun along the way, shed the stress of “I have to get this done” and enjoy the process of moving forward.
When we get stuck and we only sit and worry, there is only one perspective that can be seen, and it can change with movement in a direction of your choosing.
